It seems that early in the second decade of the 21st Century, Kenya and some other African countries have 100s of miles of fiber-optic Internet cable installed and some of the best and fastest access to the Internet in the world. In the case of Kenya, major US and global technology companies now have offices in the country employing some of these self-taught and highly motivated African men and women.
