http://www.joomlashack.com/shack-packs As of June 2010, JoomlaShack.com, a group of web developers that create Joomla! extensions and templates, has a "Shack Pack for Schools", i.e. a bundle of core Joomla! code parts and additional Joomla! extensions which the JoomlaShack people deam appropriate for a small school's web site. The "Shack Pack for Schools" is available for $97 (US). It is ready to download after payment, and (I am sure) will create a ready-to-run "School" web sites after a simple installation by a schools web master or maestra.   This PI (JW) has not yet tested a "school shack" for the appropriateness or 'completeness' of it's educational features and navigation easy of use for computer naive or phobic educators, administrators, and students.
