http://opensource.stanford.edu The Open Source Lab established at Stanford University, near Palo Alto, California, in 2007, has held free Drupal (training) Camps on the campus since 2008. The lab supported, managed, and presented training topics at their annual "Drupal Camp" held April 1-2, 2011.
